    As Lead Pastor of Conduit Church, Darren Tyler has a front-row seat to watching God use a scrappy, nimble group of Jesus followers to kick down the gates of hell—both in our city and around the world. After a 20-year career as an executive in the music industry God called Darren to plant Conduit Church in Franklin, TN.  A husband to Shannon, father, author and host of the Conduit Deeper podcast, Darren describes his role as that of a conductor in an orchestra—not playing the instrument, but awakening the possibilities in individuals what can happen when they work together delivering their spiritual gifts.  Darren continues to travel the globe extensively to some of the hardest places to answer Jesus commission to go and make disciples.  As Darren says, “we go to the hard places because the easy places are taken.”  

    Beyond the pulpit, Darren has a fun history in Christian music. Before becoming an agent/ manager for artists like Third Day and Kutless—you can spot him in early ‘90s music videos for CCM artists like 4Him, Carman, and Al Denson.

    Whether leading, teaching, or equipping others, Darren’s mission is simple: to mentor and encourage and people to live courageously for Jesus, bringing His love and truth to both the community in front of us and the world around us.

    As Executive Pastor of Operations at Conduit Church, Mo Thieman thrives in a role where every day brings something different. From ministering to individuals and families to solving operational challenges and leading an incredible staff, he embraces the unexpected and seeks to serve faithfully in every moment. A husband, father, and proud Pop-Pop, Mo has a heart for both leadership and mentorship—whether at church or on the middle school football field, where he coaches each summer and fall. His leadership is guided by Acts 20:28 as paraphrased by Eugene Peterson: “Be on your toes—both for yourselves and your congregation… God himself thought they were worth dying for.”Mo describes his ministry as “one eye in the microscope and one eye in the telescope at all times,” balancing the details of daily church operations with the bigger vision ahead. With 27 years in ministry, starting as a worship leader in 1998, he continues to build and protect what God is doing at Conduit. In addition to his role at Conduit, Mo is the cohost of the Conduit Deeper Podcast, where he dives into meaningful conversations about faith, scripture, and life. His favorite pastime? Pickleball! Whether leading, coaching, podcasting, or playing, Mo is all about teamwork, strategy, and making a lasting impact.

    As Executive Ministries Pastor at Conduit Church, Jim Wideman leads the staff and teams that impact families and young people, equipping them to reach the world before them and the communities around them. With 50 years in ministry, Jim has devoted his life to mentoring and passing on the wisdom God has taught him, helping younger leaders grow without taking five decades to learn the same truths.

    A husband to Julie, father, grandfataher, and author, Jim has written extensively on ministry, leadership, and discipleship, shaping generations of church leaders. Beyond ministry, he is a vintage guitar enthusiast, having spent over 50 years collecting, buying, and selling guitars. He also enjoys photography and smoking meat, especially Alabama BBQ—though he’d take a great burger over a steak any day! And, of course, he’s a passionate Alabama football fan.

    Guided by Psalm 37:23—"The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord"—Jim believes in thinking in steps, not leaps, trusting God’s direction even when he doesn’t have all the details. Whether leading, mentoring, writing, or preaching, his passion is to equip the next generation of leaders to follow God’s path with confidence and purpose.

    Associate Youth Pastor at Conduit Church, Brady Andrews is passionate about equipping teens with biblical truth—helping them first become disciples so they can go out and make disciples. His journey in ministry began as a student in Reverb Youth, Conduit's youth group, where his faith was shaped and deepened. With two years in his pastoral role and nearly three years serving in the ministry before that, he is committed to guiding middle schoolers to live boldly in faith. A husband to Cadie and father, Brady also brings his leadership skills to the court as a basketball coach at Thompson Station Middle School, where he has coached for three years, including an undefeated 19-0 state championship season in his second year. He finds inspiration in 1 Timothy 4:12—"Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity."—and holds 2 Timothy 1:7 so dearly that he has it tattooed: "For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control." A favorite quote from C.S. Lewis fuels his mission: “My hope is that when I die, all of hell rejoices that I am out of the fight.”When he’s not leading students or coaching, Brady enjoys basketball and quality time with friends and family—living out his calling both in ministry and at home.

    As Executive Assistant to Darren Tyler, Anna Chilano uses her gift of administration to keep things running smoothly, allowing Conduit’s ministry to thrive and serve effectively. She finds joy in supporting others behind the scenes, ensuring the church stays focused on its mission.

    A Western Kentucky University grad, Anna met her husband at Conduit’s young adults group, The Circle, and has even run a marathon! Her work is inspired by 1 Thessalonians 2:8: “We cared so much for you that we were pleased to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own lives, because you had become dear to us.”

    She loves Asian food, chocolate chip cookies, and great coffee—especially on day adventures and action sports outings with family and friends. Since 2021, she’s been serving Conduit with excellence, humor, and a heart for ministry.

    Caleb Earnest wears many hats at Conduit Church, serving as an audio engineer, podcast editor, video editor, videographer, production manager, and occasional graphic designer. He thrives in the variety of his role, loving that he gets to explore so many creative avenues that others may never get the chance to try.

    A lover of rock climbing, travel, and sailing (even though he’s never been but is fascinated by it!), Caleb also has a cool connection to the film world—his brother directed the documentary Pencils vs. Pixels.

    Guided by Philippians 4:13, he finds strength in knowing that no matter how challenging the work gets, God will always carry him through. His mission? Creating a distraction-free environment so people can focus fully on the Lord.

    His comfort food of choice? A good casserole or pancakes with eggs and bacon. Because some things just make life better.

    As Children’s Pastor at Conduit Church, Chris Fernandez is passionate about helping kids’ faith come alive and guiding them to truly understand who Christ is. With 11 years in ministry, he loves seeing the moment when children connect the pieces of their faith and grasp the depth of Jesus’ sacrifice. His mission is to create a place where kids feel seen, know God, and experience His love.

    Chris is a devoted husband and father to two amazing boys. Together, they share a love for collecting sports cards, fishing, and board games. As a family, they take road trips to discover new places, always seeking adventure.

    A fan of all things noodles—especially Asian dishes, Chris is fueled by his favorite scripture, Proverbs 29:18: “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” His heart is set on casting vision for the next generation, leading them to a deep, lifelong relationship with Jesus.

    Kyle Froman serves in Pastoral Care at Conduit Church, where he finds joy in helping people shift their perspective—allowing their faith and joy to shape their circumstances, rather than the other way around. His ministry is one of compassion, walking alongside others as they navigate life in a fallen world.

    With 22 years in ministry, Kyle also serves as Chaplain for Lee Company, providing spiritual care and support beyond the church walls. A husband and father, he shares his love of LEGO collecting with his family—owning over 1,300 sets and even creating LEGO content on YouTube. Their passion for LEGOs and supercars has become a unique way to build meaningful relationships with others.

    Anchored in Hebrews 12:1-2, Kyle is committed to running the race of faith with perseverance, fixing his eyes on Jesus. Whether through pastoral care, mentorship, or shared passions, his heart is to walk alongside others and point them toward Christ.

    As Production Manager at Conduit Church, Zack Hendon ensures every technical element of the service runs smoothly, allowing pastors and worship leaders to focus on ministry without “tech pressure.” His passion is creating a seamless worship experience that aligns with the church’s heartbeat and mission.

    Zack enjoys pickleball, smoking meat on his Kamado Joe, and tackling home projects—though he’s not a fan of fun fact questions! His work is guided by Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord and not for people.”

    His ministry motto? Bigger isn’t better—excellence can be simple. And every Friday night is family movie night, a tradition he looks forward to every week.

    A husband and father, Shawn loves smoking meat, hiking, and being outdoors. His work is guided by Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” He sees his role as keeping the building up and the lights on—ensuring that everything is ready for worship, discipleship, and community.

    His go-to comfort food is BBQ, and he enjoys playing games with his family whenever he’s not making sure Conduit Church runs seamlessly.

    With 29 years in ministry, Tracie has a heart for hospitality, discipleship, and connection. She loves fast cars, restoring furniture, and cooking Italian meals for family and friends. Her favorite scripture, Hebrews 10:23-25, reminds her to hold fast to hope and encourage others in faith. Tracie, along with her husband Jerry and daughter Mia, are the founders of Nothing Hidden; a ministry focused on supporting and coaching parents with children that struggle with mental health issues.

    For Tracie, ministry is simple: love well, serve well, and create spaces where people encounter Jesus.

    A devoted husband and father, Eric leads his family with a heart for adventure and impact. He has a deep appreciation for classical music and enjoys traveling, playing mini-golf, and unapologetically declaring pizza as the greatest food invention of all time.

    With 10 years in ministry, Eric sums up his passion in one sentence: “I start fires.”  Whether in missions, discipleship, or leadership, his goal is to ignite a passion for Jesus that spreads far beyond the walls of the church.

    A lover of National Parks, Amy enjoys exploring nature’s beauty whenever she gets the chance. Her work is deeply rooted in John 15:5, reminding her that our job is to abide, and Jesus brings the harvest—a freeing truth that underscores God’s faithfulness in all things.

    Kim Wascom provides support and oversight across Conduit’s worship ministries, bringing a pastoral heart to worship leadership. She loves praying for, encouraging, and fostering community among the worship team, helping people step into their God-given calling in worship and experience the freedom of leading others into His presence.

    What excites her most? Two things:

    1. Watching the congregation encounter the Spirit in worship and learning that true joy and fulfillment come from a life of worship.

    2. Seeing people step into their worship calling and grow in confidence as they lead.

    A passionate cook and baker, Kim’s love language is feeding people. Her go-to comfort food? Anything from Mama Mila’s! In the summer, her family chases waterfalls, and when the weather turns, they head to TennPin Bowling Centerfor fun together.

    Inspired by Isaiah 58:11-13 (NLT), Kim’s ministry is about inviting people into true community that is Jesus-focused and worship-driven. Since 2003, she has served in full-time or part-time ministry, grateful for the journey God has taken her on.

With 24 years in Next Gen and Family Ministry, he has dedicated his life to discipling and equipping families, students, and leaders to build strong, Christ-centered relationships. His heart is to ensure that everyone who calls Conduit home feels seen, loved, and valued within the church family.

    A husband to Lena, father, and proud "Grand Dude", Josh loves the great outdoors, whether it’s camping, hiking, or exploring new adventures with his wife. He also has a deep passion for songwriting, describing it as the art of creating a three-minute movie with words, melody, and music—a creative process that captivates him.

    Josh finds inspiration in Proverbs 3:5-6, trusting in God's direction in all aspects of life. And when it comes to comfort food, his love language is slow-cooked meats—whether he’s grilling on the back deck with his Big Green Egg or cooking by the lake on a camping trip with family and friends.

    Through discipleship, hospitality, and a heart for community, Josh is committed to helping people grow deeper in faith and experience the love of Jesus together.

    As Director of Communications at Conduit Church, Lena Wooten is passionate about creating meaningful connections, amplifying the church’s mission, and using her skills to inspire and engage people both within the congregation and beyond—ultimately pointing them to Jesus. She loves sharing the heart of Conduit with the world, helping people stay informed and connected to the mission of being conduits of Jesus to our community and the world.

    Lena has served in family ministry alongside her husband, Josh, for many years, investing in kids, students, parents, and leaders in the local church. She is a mom and proud "Le-Le" (grandmother), cherishing every moment with her growing family.

    A lover of the outdoors, Lena enjoys camping, hiking, and sitting by creeks or waterfalls—finding peace in God’s creation. She holds onto Psalm 46:10: “Be still and know that I am God”, a reminder to pause and trust in His presence.

    Her go-to comfort activities? Spending time with family and thrifting—because every good treasure hunt tells a story!
