Starting this year, Conduit is becoming a local church-planting church. While we've helped plant churches all over the world, it's time to multiply our efforts in America as well, specifically Middle Tennessee.
Only 8% of American churches ever plant another local church, and in 2025, we will join our heart for mission with a vision to establish multiple churches over the next decade.
These won’t be campuses but partner churches under the Conduit Network, sharing our theology and values while embracing unique styles that reflect their communities. Our first local plant, led by Joel & Mikaela Kelley, will begin meeting later this year. True growth comes through multiplication, not just addition—we gain by releasing. As we prayerfully plan, we invite our church family to join us in this exciting journey. More details to come!

MISSION + VISION
The name Exodus Church is more than a nod to an Old Testament book — it’s a declaration of purpose.
In the biblical narrative, Exodus marks the moment when God hears the cries of His people, breaks their chains, and leads them out of slavery and into promise. It’s a story not just of movement, but of transformation — from bondage to belonging, from wilderness to worship. We believe that story is still unfolding today. In a culture filled with spiritual wandering, anxiety, performance, and pain, we are a church that exists to help people experience the liberating power of Jesus. We are called out — not just to leave something behind, but to walk forward in freedom.
At Exodus Church, our mission is to make disciples who live like Jesus — not just in belief, but in lifestyle. We do this by grounding everything we do in four core values: Biblically Centered, Spiritually Equipped, Locally Involved, and Personally Connected. We believe the Word of God forms us, the Spirit of God empowers us, and the people of God walk with us. Our tagline — “Called out to send out” — reminds us that we’re not just gathering a crowd; we’re forming a people on mission. Like Israel in the wilderness, we’re learning how to follow God together, trusting Him step by step, cloud by day, fire by night.
Meet The Kelleys
Joel and Mikaela Kelley have called Tennessee home since 2016, but their journey here started long before that.
Mik grew up in Franklin, TN, as a pastor’s kid, and Joel was raised in Carmel, IN. They met their freshman year of Bible college in South Carolina, got married, and soon felt God leading them back to Middle Tennessee to put down roots and start their family. Since 2017, they’ve been part of Conduit Church, serving as youth pastors and pouring into the next generation. With their four kids—Roman, Noa, Phoebe, and Camp—they love this community and are passionate about seeing the local church thrive. Their heart is for deep, authentic discipleship and creating a place where people in Spring Hill can encounter Jesus and experience real, life-giving community in this new church plant.
